Aurora Bonner


Aurora has been helping people thinking creatively and mindfully for fifteen years. She teaches writing, yoga, and mindfulness courses in a laid-back setting with offering challenges and modifications that fit your unique needs. Whether it is a power vinyasa class, mindset coaching, or a memoir writing class, Aurora guides students through a clearer path to wellness. Aurora holds an MFA and is a RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance.
